Welcome to Sundy ("the App"). Your privacy is incredibly important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.

2. Data Collection and Local Storage
Sundy is designed with privacy as a priority. Personal and health data (including skin type, weight, height, date of birth, and sunlight exposure history) is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, store, or have access to your personal health data on any external servers.

3. Location Services (Including Background Location)
Sundy collects location data to fetch accurate local UV index forecasts and calculate your real-time Vitamin D synthesis. 
• Background Location: If you grant permission, Sundy collects location data to continue tracking your safe sun exposure and UV index changes even when the app is closed or not in use.
• We do not share your location data with data brokers or advertising networks.

4. Third-Party Services
To function, the App communicates with carefully selected third-party services:
• Weather APIs (WeatherAPI.com): Your device sends anonymous coordinates to retrieve cloud-adjusted UV and weather data.
• Payment Processing (RevenueCat, Apple, Google): Used to securely manage Sundy Premium subscriptions.
• Analytics & Diagnostics (Firebase/Google): We may collect anonymous crash reports and performance telemetry to identify bugs and improve the App.

5. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13 (or 16 in certain jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided data, simply uninstall the App from their device to instantly delete all local data.
